The people on your file
A production team, on the days you need one.
Most brokerage teams cannot justify a full-time analyst, writer and designer, and cannot produce an institutional book without all three. We are those three, shared. You send the deal; the same people who did your last one pick it up.
Who works on your file
An analyst
Normalises the rent roll and operating statements, builds the proforma, and reconciles what the seller says with what the documents show.
A writer
Writes the book — executive summary, property and location narrative, tenant and market detail. In your voice, not a template’s.
A designer
Lays it out to an institutional standard, on your brand or on ours, with the maps, aerials and exhibits drawn rather than screenshotted.
A senior reviewer
Reads every file before you do, and has produced this kind of book for institutional sellers before.
A project manager
One name to chase. Keeps the dates, collects what is missing, and tells you early if something will not hold.
How a file moves
- OneYou send what you have — rent roll, T-12, photographs, and the date it has to be out.
- TwoWe come back the same business day with what is missing and what we can commit to.
- ThreeYou see a first draft, not a wireframe, and mark it up.
- FourTwo rounds of revisions are included. Then print-ready files and a web version.
Tell us about the deal
A person reads every message and replies, usually within one business day.
Privacy notice
Privacy notice
iSourceOut operates this site. This notice is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us — the name, company, email, phone and message you put in the form, or send us by email.
- Business contact details we researched, if we contacted you first: a name, role, company and work email address, all publicly available.
- Basic server logs kept by our host — IP address and browser — for security and reliability.
What we use it for
To reply to you, and to produce work you ask us to produce. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your information and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while there is an active or prospective working relationship, and deleted on request. Server logs roll off on our host’s normal schedule.
If we emailed you first
Reply with “remove”, or email studio@isourceout.co, and we will delete your details and stop contacting you the same business day. No explanation needed.
Asking us to delete what we hold
Ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it: email studio@isourceout.co, call +1 347-697-9855, or write to 67 West St, Suite 421, Brooklyn, NY 11222.
